1. Our inspectors are prepared to accommodate any appointment to your preferences. Whether this includes meeting outside of the home, wearing additional items such as shoe covers or gloves inside your home, or simply speaking over the phone.
2. We have an inspection process that is on site as well as visual technology. If you would rather not meet with an individual in person, we can come out and assess any exterior issues without you present and can communicate over FaceTime. If you are in need of an inspection and would prefer this method, please let us know and we will gladly accommodate you.
3. Our team can usually access, diagnose, anything without needing to meet or speak in person. Utilizing photography and email, we can communicate to your preferences while ensuring your home needs are inspected and fixed properly.
